Terry Poovey Condition Update - September 10, 2006
Terry is starting his second full week in the rehab facility. He is doing well and progressing in accordance with his doctor's expectations. Terry does approximately 7 hours a day in speech and physical rehab. The good news is that his neck is completely healed. All the vertebra and connective ligaments are completely mended. He has no neck brace nor a cast of any type. Seeing him have this freedom is exciting. He gets out of bed in the morning, works most of the day according to his daily schedule. He is generally out of a hospital bed all day and is working hard on his rehab.
